Digital Marketing Coordinator (Full Time, Permanent) Remote within Manitoba

• Move forward The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the administration and maintenance of all Access Credit Union’s digital channels including brand websites, in-branch displays, social media, and the corporate intranet. This role will also aid in the development of advertising campaigns, video production, and other creative assets and initiatives that support Access Credit Union’s vision and organizational goals. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Administration of Access Credit Union’s social media channels include posting, engagement, content calendar maintenance, etc.
• Channels: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google MyBusiness branch listings
• Coordinate and create engaging digital content, including short-form video, photography, graphics, captions, and stories/reels that support brand, campaign, community, and organizational priorities.
• Monitor digital content trends, platform best practices, and audience engagement to recommend creative approaches that improve reach, relevance, and member engagement.
• Execute email marketing campaigns, maintain email marketing lists, and ensure CASL compliance.
• Administer digital branch channels such as indoor and outdoor digital signage, TVs, iPads, and related platforms.
• Support internal communications via ThoughtFarmer intranet platform, where required.
• Support the development and maintenance of online and mobile app digital banking properties in tandem with the Digital Banking Integration team, including testing new features and upgrades.
• Work with the Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure website and social media content is current, websites follow best practices to secure high search rankings, and all channels work cohesively for a seamless member experience.
• Perform other tasks and/or responsibilities as assigned by the manager. Essential Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of job-related experience in the digital media and/ or marketing field
• Previous experience creating digital content for a variety of digital solutions
• Previous experience with content management systems and applications
• Proficient knowledge of the HubSpot marketing platform is considered a strong asset. Working knowledge is appreciated.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and perform well under pressure
• Ability to prioritize using sound judgment to make timely and effective decisions
• Organization skills are paramount to the success of this role, as well as attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

Employee Sub-Type Regular Starting Salary $51,139.00 Salary Band $51,139.00 - $62,594.00 In most situations, candidates will be offered the starting salary for the position. In exceptional circumstances, and at the organization’s discretion, an offer may be made above the stated minimum based on factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, internal equity and external compensation factors.
