Job Description Must Have Skills (Top 2 technical skills only) 1 Should have hands-on exp with scripting, test execution, analysis and reporting using tools like Neoload and Jmeter 2 Good understanding of the software development life cycle and Defect Life cycle Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute: 1 Should understand Performance monitoring and Engineering using tools like Dynatrace, Splunk 2 Good written and verbal communication skills 3 1.
