Landscaper

Job Title: Landscaper Location: Seattle Metro Area Company: Pacific West Construction & Maintenance Pay: $25-30/hr Position Summary: Pacific West Construction & Maintenance is seeking a dependable, skilled Landscaper to perform landscape installation and maintenance across the Seattle metro area. This role includes driving a take-home company vehicle for work use (gas card provided). Ideal candidates are safety-minded, physically fit, and committed to quality and excellent customer service. Primary Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicle to travel to job sites (MVR check required).
• Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, planting, mulching, fertilizing, and debris removal.
• Install and maintain basic hardscape elements and assist with irrigation repairs/adjustments as needed.
• Clean and maintain flat roofs as part of routine property maintenance.
• Load/unload and maintain equipment and supplies; perform routine equipment care.
• Follow project plans and supervisor directions to complete work on time and to spec.
• Maintain clean, safe job sites and communicate professionally with clients and supervisors. Required Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (insurable to drive company vehicle).
• Ability to operate common landscaping equipment (mower, trimmer, blower, hand tools).
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors in variable weather, and stand for long periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to submit to pre-employment background, MVR, and drug screening. Preferred:
• Previous experience in landscaping. Benefits:
