The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering, particularly in the renewable energy sector, and will be responsible for overseeing the erection of electrical transmission lines of the project from inception to completion. **Job Title:** Supervisor **Location:** Katra, Jammu, India **Contract:** 1 Year renewable contract **Key Responsibilities:** + Supervise and manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of transmission lines for the solar project. + Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations. + Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety standards are met. + Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project execution. + Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues that arise during the project. + Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and technical specifications. + Monitor and manage project budgets and schedules related to electrical work. + Provide technical support and guidance to the project team. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree/Diploma in electrical engineering. + Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector. + Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including design, installation, and maintenance. + Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and standards. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Willingness to travel to project sites as required. **Benefits:** + Competitive salary. + Opportunity to work on large scale solar projects. + Professional development and growth opportunities. + Renewable contract.
