- Help prepare the potential future FP&A organization together with its management team, including target structures, roles and responsibilities, job profiles, and related training and reskilling needs
- Support the Vice President of FP&A in the daily business by preparing presentations, analyses, and decision-making materials for leadership and board audiences
- Improve the core FP&A processes together with the management team across planning, forecasting, closing, and reporting by turning best practices into common standards
- Take care of communication into the teams by explaining the why, keeping everyone informed, gathering input early, and making people part of the change journey
- Help develop the concept for a potential Center of Excellence within the future FP&A organization, including scope, services, operating model, staffing, roadmap, and the opportunity to potentially grow into a team leadership role What You Bring
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field
