- Review and QC images against defined brand and internal guidelines.
- Identify natural vs AI‑generated images with strong visual assessment skills.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail to spot errors, inconsistencies, and quality issues.
- Perform light touch‑ups, file renaming, and consistency checks to ensure accuracy of image output.
- Ensure product and lifestyle images display correctly online with correct order, clarity, and visibility.
- Coordinate with imagery and production teams; update tasks and workflows in Asana.
- Use Photoshop tools/techniques to enhance images where required and ensure retail‑ready standards.
- Continuously review workflows and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Manage daily capacity and deliver required QC volumes within deadlines.
- Maintain trackers and files efficiently using MS Office applications.
- Ensure online content meets or exceeds customer expectations for quality and presentation.
- Maintain individual performance stats (Quality & Operational) regularly.
- Adhere to attendance, break schedules, company policies, and process guidelines.
- Complete assigned tasks on time with strong quality focus.
