Description We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the Domestic Voice Process role in India. This position is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are looking to start their career in customer service and communication. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance targets and goals. Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
