Casual Opportunities The Role We're seeking experienced and passionate Lighting Technicians to join our Crown Live Theatre team on a casual basis. Reporting to the Production & Technical Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting theatre productions, performances and live events, delivering exceptional technical outcomes across Crown Melbourne's entertainment venues In this role, you will:
• Operate lighting systems and technical show equipment for productions and events.
• Perform lighting console operation, follow spot operation and other show duties.
• Support show installations, setup, programming, testing and pack-down.
• Maintain lighting equipment and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with venue teams, contractors and production stakeholders.
• Ensure all lighting operations comply with safety and venue requirements You'll bring:
• Experience in theatrical lighting, live entertainment or major events.
• Knowledge of lighting control systems including GrandMA3, GrandMA2 and

Etc Ios.

• Strong technical troubleshooting and organisational skills.
• The ability to interpret lighting plots, technical drawings and show requirements.
• A flexible approach and availability to work across performances, events and productions. What We Offer You
