Sr Manager, Services Enablement LATAM

Job Purpose: Orchestrate services across the three LATAM regions, translating the services vision into a relevant, scalable, market-ready portfolio, and enabling partners, sellers, pre-sales teams, and the channel to position and activate those offers. This is fundamentally an orchestration role: it connects strategy to execution and generates multiple interlocutors — from the technical specialist to the commercial executive. It requires strong influence without direct authority and the ability to articulate across functions, regions, vendors, and partners. Responsibilities:

• Translate the services vision into portfolio priorities and offer roadmaps.
• Develop, productize, and manage services offers with clear packages, scopes, and standards.
• Identify and address delivery capability gaps, building and governing the external partner ecosystem.
• Develop training and capability-building programs (Academy) for internal teams and partners.
• Define go-to-market strategies, sales plays, and commercial activation tooling.
• Enable internal and external stakeholders — technical, commercial, operational, and executive — to position the portfolio.
• Collect market feedback and translate it into portfolio, enablement, and tooling improvements.
• Orchestrate consistency of offers and activation across the three regions, enabling appropriate local adaptation.
• Reinforce TD SYNNEX's positioning as a partner enabler, not a competitor. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: • >8 to 10 Years of relevant work experience • >3 to 5 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's / Post Graduate Degree preferred.
• Solid experience in services, portfolio, enablement, GTM, or partner management within distribution, channel, or technology.
• Track record in regional / multi-country environments (LATAM desirable) and in partner/ecosystem models.
• Business acumen combined with sufficient technical fluency to engage engineers and architects.
• Experience in services productization, pricing, and commercial models.
• Strong orchestration and influencing skills; multi-level communication (technical to executive).
• Portuguese and Spanish; English for corporate and vendor interaction.
• Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
• Able to use common office equipment.
• Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
• Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.
• Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
• Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
• Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.
