Senior Account Manager (Project Operations & Client Relationships)

Our partner is looking for a Senior Account Manager (Project Operations & Client Relationships) based in India. This is a senior account management role focused on owning key client relationships and leading creative project execution from end to end. You will manage complex accounts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and to a high standard. The role combines client servicing, project management, team leadership, talent coordination, proposals, pricing, and commercial decision-making. You will act as a trusted point of contact for clients while building strong internal processes and accountability across your accounts. The position offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to manage larger, more complex relationships in a fast-moving creative environment. You will also contribute to building and developing a high-performing account management team.
