- Senior Solutions Architect – SDDC leads the development of Statements of Work (SOWs) to align with client needs and business objectives, driving revenue growth by optimizing service offerings. This role involves collaborating with SHI stakeholders and sales teams to create service solutions, contributing to practice development, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep expertise in service delivery, provide thought leadership, analyze business processes for improvement, and stay current with technology trends to ensure high-quality service delivery and innovation. Role Description
- Lead the development of Statements of Work (SOWs), collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements and business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth for professional services by identifying new opportunities, expanding service offerings, and supporting strategic initiatives.
- Partner with SHI stakeholder teams to develop, enhance, and position service offerings.
- Collaborate with sales teams, customer success managers, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery and client engagement.
- Contribute to practice development through innovation, service advancement, and the creation of standards and best practices.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and strategic partners to drive satisfaction and long-term success.
- Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in service delivery, infrastructure modernization, and cloud technologies.
- Evaluate business challenges and recommend technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
- Lead technical assessments and guide the evaluation, selection, and implementation of hardware and software technologies.

- Experience leading large-scale infrastructure, cloud, and modernization projects – Expert
- Deep knowledge of VMware Cloud Foundation and core VMware technologies – Expert
- Strong understanding of networking, storage, security, business continuity, and disaster recovery architectures – Expert
- Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and facilitation skills – Expert
- Ability to effectively engage executives, architects, engineers, and infrastructure teams – Expert
- Experience leading discovery workshops, assessments, and solution design engagements – Expert
- Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and develop modernization strategies that align with business objectives – Expert Other Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Systems Engineering, or a related technical consulting role.
- 7+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure solutions.
- Experience supporting cloud, virtualization, networking, storage, and security initiatives.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support clients, engagements, and business objectives. The base salary range for this position is $128,000 - $200,000. The estimated on-target earnings, or OTE, which includes a base salary and bonus is $160,000 - $250,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
