We are looking for an insurance professional with strong product, governance, and regulatory experience, who is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable owning complex initiatives end to end. The Director, Product Delivery & Governance is responsible for providing strategic leadership over product implementation, product governance, Day 2 product management and ensure products are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate is an effective cross-functional collaborator and communicator, able to balance commercial needs with robust risk management and regulatory compliance. Position Responsibilities:
- Act as a Product Owner or Delivery Lead for the implementation of various product initiatives across the product lifecycle by partnering closely with cross-functional teams. Deliver training and briefing sessions to internal stakeholder if necessary.
- Ensure delivery capacity, prioritization, and execution are aligned with business growth objectives.
- Drive execution excellence through disciplined planning, governance, and stakeholder management.
- Establish and own the enterprise product delivery strategy and operating model. Champion agile and modern delivery practices to improve speed, quality, and predictability.

IT Ba/it PM
to deliver on the system changes to support the delivery of the product initiative
- Provides insights into product delivery, technology and market trends.
- Effectively communicates desired outcomes based on the agreed product roadmap·
- Focus on risk management, work with legal and compliance departments to obtain necessary approvals and support, while ensuring material meets regulatory requirements Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in finance, marketing, business, or related field
- 10+ years relevant insurance experience and a strong track record in project delivery and execution
- In-depth knowledge of financial services and industry practices

- Compelling Communication: strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; business case development and delivery
- Collaboration: strong client and relationship management skills

- Financial understanding of product profitability
- Advanced project management, problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong leadership capabilities applied within team settings and with individual contributors
- Thorough knowledge of compliance standards and practices
