Client Program Manager Job Location: Remote – US Eastern or Central time zones preferred Job Term: Full-Time The Opportunity Picarro is transforming gas utility operations with innovative solutions for methane emissions management, risk-informed leak management, and network intelligence. As a Client Program Manager in Picarro’s Gas Business Unit, you will partner with senior utility leaders to align programs, outcomes, and strategy. You will play a key role in ensuring our largest and most complex clients realize measurable value from their investment in Picarro technology. This role blends technical understanding, business acumen, and program leadership. You will guide long-term customer success by helping utilities translate data and insights into action plans that reduce risk, manage emissions, and improve operational performance. Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead client programs from initial planning through long-term success, including pilots, production rollouts, integrations, and executive reviews.
• Align Picarro’s technology and analytics with utility strategy, regulatory requirements, and operational priorities.
• Serve as the primary strategic interface for assigned accounts, engaging with director- and executive-level stakeholders to review progress, set goals, and define outcomes.
• Analyze operational and field data to quantify results, identify risks or opportunities, and shape recommendations for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client needs, influence product direction, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support business development and proposal efforts by defining customer goals, success metrics, and implementation plans.
• Provide subject matter expertise on advanced leak detection, methane emissions, and evolving regulatory frameworks. What You Bring
• 5+ years of experience in utility operations, methane-related R&D, or client-facing technical programs.
• Strong understanding of pipeline safety, emissions management, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate technical details into business impact.
• Experience in customer success, implementation, or consulting roles supporting enterprise programs.
• Proficiency in data analysis and GIS tools (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, ArcGIS, or QGIS).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel periodically for customer meetings and program coordination (typically less than 25 percent). The base salary range for this full-time position is $110K to $120K. Our total compensation packages includes base salary, bonus eligibility, and equity. Your base salary range and title will be determined based on the location, experience, qualifications, skills, knowledge, level, and pay of employees in similar positions.
