At Sunshine Coast Radiology , we’re on the lookout for full time or part time enthusiastic Booking Centre Agents to coordinate appointments and create a seamless, caring experience for every caller. 🔎 Your Role:
- Be the first point of contact, answering patient and referrer calls with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule appointments using our state-of-the-art RIS system (Karisma)
- Keep workflows efficient and organised
- Provide fee quotes and explain Medicare rebates clearly
- Help prepare patients for their visit with the information they need 💡 What You’ll Bring:
- A caring, empathetic communication style
- Advanced computer and keyboarding skills
- Great problem-solving and time management abilities
- A positive, proactive attitude

- No Weekends! | Monday–Friday shifts between 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Full time or part time (3 days minimum) available
