Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Business team, Zonal heads, Cluster heads and Branch managers to identify training needs, goals, and align training initiatives with organizational strategies. 2. Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor training projects, ensuring timelines are met, and resources are efficiently utilized. Responsibilities .
