Process Engineer

Process Engineer – Role Summary The Process Engineer provides engineering support to manufacturing processes, working cross-functionally with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Procurement and Technical teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Support EHS, process safety and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Identify and implement process optimization and productivity improvement projects.
• Lead and support CapEx projects from design through implementation and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues and drive root cause analysis.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and performance.
• Maintain process documentation, procedures and technical standards.
• Develop standard work processes and support employee training.
• Participate in Lean, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day engineering support to operations and maintenance teams. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of industrial processes, equipment and production systems.
• Experience with process optimization, troubleshooting and problem-solving methodologies.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage complexity.
• Knowledge of EHS/PSM requirements is an advantage.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or Toyota Production System experience is a plus.
