Position Summary

The Physician Assistant (PA) will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team within the Inpatient Medicine program at CHEO working with the Division of Pediatric Medicine. In this role, the PA will provide comprehensive care to hospitalized children by conducting detailed clinical assessments, implementing medical directives, coordinating appropriate diagnostic investigations, and assisting with a variety of procedures and interventions. The PA will actively participate in family-centered rounds and collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to review and manage patient cases. This position offers an opportunity to play a meaningful role in delivering high-quality, patient and family-centered pediatric care in a supportive team environment. QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in related field (Essential)
• Current appropriate level of life-support training (e.g., BCLS) with commitment to complete Pediatrics Advanced Life Support (PALS) (Essential)

• Demonstrated leadership and strong organizational skills (Essential)
