Job Description Summary You will serve as the centralized clinical subject matter expert for advanced cardiovascular ultrasound applications within the General Imaging organization. In this role, you will support customer installations, drive adoption of advanced applications, conduct competitive demonstrations, assist with strategic sales opportunities, manage customer escalations, and contribute to the development of internal clinical education programs. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary cardiac and vascular ultrasound clinical expert for the General Imaging organization which includes the United States and Canada, providing advanced application support across internal and customer-facing activities.
- Partner with commercial teams to support strategic sales opportunities, competitive displacement efforts, and high-value cardiovascular demonstrations.
- Provide technical and clinical leadership during customer evaluations by demonstrating advanced ultrasound applications, workflow benefits, product capabilities, and differentiating technologies.
- Support advanced customer installations by helping accelerate onboarding, application utilization, workflow optimization, and customer confidence.
- Act as an escalation resource for complex cardiac and vascular clinical questions, customer concerns, and specialized application support needs.
- Develop and deliver internal education, training resources, and clinical tools to strengthen field capability across cardiac and vascular applications.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Education, Sales, Service, and clinical teams to align training priorities, customer needs, product feedback, and market intelligence.
- Support adoption of new product introductions, advanced imaging features, and cardiovascular workflow enhancements through clinical education and field readiness activities.
- Build relationships with key clinical stakeholders and thought leaders to support best practices, protocol optimization, and customer success.
- Capture and communicate field insights, competitive feedback, customer needs, and clinical workflow challenges to the business.
- Work integrally with associated teams to create, manage, coordinate and deliver training (globally) to internal and external partners and customers. This will include select duties as content developer, trainer, and registrar.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
- In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. - 6+ years of clinical experience in cardiac and vascular ultrasound, with demonstrated expertise in advanced cardiovascular applications and workflow.
- Willingness to travel up to 90% a week as needed to support customer installations, demonstrations, escalations, training, and business priorities.
- Would need to live within 1-hour of an International Airport.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6+ years in ECHO and vascular ultrasound experience.
- Registered sonography credential such as RDCS, RVT, RCS, or equivalent cardiovascular ultrasound certification preferred or required based on business standards.
- Strong understanding of clinical education, application training, customer onboarding, and workflow optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex clinical and technical information to a variety of audiences, including customers, sales teams, clinical specialists, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience supporting ultrasound product demonstrations, customer evaluations, competitive positioning, or strategic commercial opportunities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across commercial, clinical, product, service, and education teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills. Desired Characteristics

- Previous Commercial experience
- Advanced clinical knowledge of cardiovascular ultrasound systems, applications, and emerging technologies.
- Experience mentoring clinical teams or developing scalable training content for field organizations.
- Ability to translate customer needs, workflow challenges, and competitive insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and support successful adoption of advanced technologies.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $108,000.00-$162,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
