- Recruit, onboard and manage insurance advisors/agents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the agency network.
- Support advisors in customer acquisition and business development.
- Generate leads through advisors and assist them throughout the process.
- Conduct regular meetings, training and performance reviews.
- Achieve assigned business and recruitment targets.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company guidelines. Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate mandatory.
- 1+ year experience in Health Insurance / General Insurance / Life Insurance / Agency Channel preferred.
- Good communication and relationship-management skills.
- Candidates with agency-channel experience will be preferred.
- Age upto 34 years Skills: Communication Skills, Team Handling, Insurance, Sales, Business Development Experience: 1.00-6.00 Years Education: Any Graduate
