[What the role is] As a Finance Manager (9-months contract) for the Financial Planning Section, your main roles and responsibilities would include but not limited to: [What you will be working on]
- Jointly manage and coordinate the annual organisational budget process, ensuring timely completion and alignment with corporate priorities
- Partner with departments to guide budget justification, correct coding, and appropriate use of funds in line with financial policies
- Ensure robust OPEX oversight by monitoring budget performance, managing variances, and delivering tracking and reporting that supports policy and operational decisions.
- Support budget reallocation and virement exercises to ensure optimal utilisation of resources
- Take on ad hoc duties relevant to department needs [What we are looking for] Requirements Candidates are required to possess:
- University degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business
- Strong grounding in management accounting principles and financial analysis
- A hands-on attitude with willingness to learn
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
