• AI & Performance Promos Location: BengaluruExperience: 2–4 Years Core Stack: Scriptwriting + AI Visual Generation (Midjourney/Runway/Pika/Leonardo) + Performance Marketing Sense. The Mission At Kuku FM, we are turning ears into eyes. As a Creative Producer (AI & Promos), your job is to create "Scroll-Stopping" trailers for our top audiobooks. You will take a high-drama audio script, write a killer promo hook, and use Generative AI to build a cinematic world that didn't exist yesterday. Your trailers are the frontline of our growth
• they are the reason a user stops scrolling and starts listening. What You’ll Do 1. High-Stakes Scripting (The Hook) ● Extract the "viral" soul of an audio show and condense it into a 60-120 second high-tension script. ● Master the "3-Second Rule": Craft openings that grab attention before the user can swipe away. ● Write compelling CTA (Call to Action) copy that converts viewers into listeners. 2. AI Visual Direction (The Prompting) ● Prompt Engineering: Use AI tools (Midjourney, Leonardo, Runway, etc.) to generate high-quality, consistent character art and cinematic backgrounds that match the audio’s mood. ● Visual Storyboarding: Create a visual "mood board" for every promo, ensuring the AI-generated assets tell a cohesive story. ● Tech-Forward Creation: Stay at the bleeding edge of AI video tools to bring static images to life (Lip-sync, motion effects, etc.). 3. The "Editor-Director" Loop ● Collaborate with Video Editors to sync your AI visuals with the script and sound design. ● Direct the pacing, typography, and "vibe" of the final video to ensure it feels like a premium OTT trailer. 4. Performance Optimization ● Analyze CTR (Click-Through Rates) and CPI (Cost Per Install) data to understand what visuals are working. ● Run A/B tests: Does a "Horror" hook work better with a jump-scare visual or a psychological AI-generated landscape? Who You Are ● The Hybrid: You are 50% Writer, 50% AI Artist. You think in words but see in prompts. ● The OTT Junkie: You understand the tropes of Indian soaps, thrillers, and "masala" movies. ● Native Storyteller: Exceptional command over Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam or Kannada . You know the difference between a "good" line and a "punchy" line. ● Data-Informed: You don’t get offended by data. If a trailer fails, you iterate and prompt again. Your promos consistently hit below-average CPI targets for the marketing team.
