The Technical Sourcer plays a vital role in our recruitment efforts, directly influencing Hermeus' ability to attract and hire top-tier talent. As a key member of our recruiting team, you’ll help shape the company’s talent strategy during a period of rapid growth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with recruiters and engineering leaders to define and meet hiring needs. You’ll have the autonomy, tools, and support to execute our strategy and help build a world-class team at Hermeus. We’re seeking a Technical Sourcer who can own the entire sourcing process and is excited to make a meaningful impact within a small, fast-moving team.
