- Be the overall go to person for the way our products and assets look and feel across all lines of business
- Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis along with a team.
- Interpret data from the analytics tools internally and qualitative feedback from the users and internal stakeholders. Create user stories, personas, and storyboards basis primary research
- Design journey maps, navigation design, sitemaps, information architecture, wireframes and prototypes
- Lead a team of Designers and UX analysts to shape the way our Products look and work.
- 5+ Years of Experience in the field of user experience design (information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototype engineering, content, user experience).
- Able to present design ideas with clarity and passion.
