Senior Executive

/ MANAGER Company: Safety Projects Pvt Ltd Department: Stores & Inventory Management Reporting To: Plant Head Location: Umbergaon Plant Position Summary Safety Projects Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Store Manager responsible for efficient management of raw materials, consumables, inventory control, and stores operations within a fabrication manufacturing environment. The role involves ERP-based inventory management, material traceability, stock monitoring, and coordination with production and purchase departments to ensure uninterrupted plant operations. Key Responsibilities ● Manage raw material inward and outward activities. ● Ensure proper Goods Receipt Note (GRN) management and documentation. ● Maintain ERP-based inventory control and stock accuracy. ● Implement and monitor batch traceability systems. ● Control consumables inventory and usage tracking. ● Ensure minimum stock levels are maintained for critical materials. ● Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation. ● Monitor scrap generation, handling, and reporting. ● Control material issue processes as per production requirements. ● Implement and maintain FIFO (First In First Out) practices. ● Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Planning departments for material availability. ● Maintain stores documentation, inventory records, and audit readiness. ● Support continuous improvement in stores and inventory management processes. ● Batch traceability and documentation Qualification ● Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or related field preferred Experience ● 4–7 years of experience in Stores & Inventory Management within metal fabrication.
