EMEA Tax Intern

The Role: The Regional Tax Intern assists Logitech tax team in EMEA with a variety of value added tax and corporate tax related projects such as tax return compliance, income tax accounting, tax audits, automation and use of AI, and other special projects as required. • Assist in the preparation of corporate income tax returns of Logitech entities in the EMEA region.
• Assist in the preparation of indirect tax returns including stamp duty, Value-added tax etc.
• Assist in the preparation of tax support for tax audits and other special projects as required
• Assist in corporate income tax related projects, legal entity restructuring, R&D tax incentives in various EMEA jurisdictions.
• Assist in tax reporting based on international accounting standards (US GAAP).
• Assist in automation and use of AI within tax processes.
• Be involved in the project to migrate to a new ERP system. Key Qualifications:
• Relevant work experience with an accounting firm or a corporation preferred but not required.
• Experience in statutory audit (financial statements) and/or income/indirect tax audits
• Experience in tax reporting based on international accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS) is advantageous.
• General knowledge of income tax regulations and indirect tax rules.
• Detail-oriented; ability to work independently and deliver quality results
• Ability to participate in cross-functional, teamwork-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, WORD and PowerPoint
• Experience with enterprise systems such as Oracle preferred but not required
• High standard of personal integrity and work ethics
• Familiarity with data and automation tools (e.g., OneStream, Alteryx) is advantageous. Education:
