This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an HRBP, Data Analytics based in the United States. This role combines strategic HR partnership with data analytics to support RFP responses, workforce planning, and the launch of new business. You’ll serve as a key HR partner to teams involved in Medicaid-related proposals, implementations, and operational transitions. A significant part of the role involves building, analyzing, and presenting workforce and operational data to guide business decisions. You’ll collaborate across HR and business functions to align staffing, resources, timelines, and people processes with organizational priorities. The position offers an opportunity to influence change, identify workforce risks, and improve HR practices through actionable insights.
