Our team of analysts and engineers partner closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable system architectures—leveraging relational databases, automation workflows, and agile delivery methodologies to deliver value fast. Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end business analysis for enterprise applications, mapping workflows, documenting requirements, and aligning technical solutions with strategic goals.
  • Design, optimize, and maintain relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) to support reporting, ETL, and operational systems.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to translate business logic into system specs, APIs, and data models.
  • Perform root-cause analysis on data discrepancies, system bottlenecks, and performance issues—delivering actionable remediation plans.
  • Develop and execute test cases for database integrations, ensuring data integrity, security, and referential consistency across platforms.
  • Document system architecture, data flows, and standard operating procedures for handover and compliance. Skills & Qualifications
