How You’ll Make a Difference As a Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll work collaboratively with the wider practice team to deliver a high standard of patient and client care across a varied and rewarding caseload. You’ll continue to develop your clinical skills and interests while sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues, contributing positively to the clinical culture of the practice. You’ll be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering excellent care and supporting the ongoing development of those around you. Kirks Vets is looking for a dedicated first-opinion vet to work alongside 8 other vets across our two busy practices as part of a supportive, positive team. You’ll be involved in a broad range of general veterinary duties across both medical and surgical cases. Working Pattern * Standard 4-day working week * 10.5-hour working days * Flexible shift patterns can be discussed * 1 in 5 weekend rota * No out-of-hours requirement Key Responsibilities * Delivering high-quality first-opinion medical and surgical care * Working collaboratively with our veterinary, nursing and support teams * Building strong relationships with clients through clear and compassionate communication * Contributing positively to the clinical culture of the practice You Might Be a Great Fit If... You are a confident and motivated Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys working as part of a team and is committed to delivering high-quality patient and client care.
