About Us Mellow Designs is a design studio. We're a small, passionate team led by founder Rohit Dhongade who believes great design should be fun, accessible, and definitely not boring. Our social media? Well... it's currently being run by a coffee mug, a desk plant, and sheer panic . We need you. What You'll Do Content Creation (Because Right Now, Chaos is Creating Content) Create reels/posts every month that actually make people stop scrolling Film and edit short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) Develop content ideas that showcase our work AND Rohit's personality Write captions that sound human, not like we asked ChatGPT (we know you might, just make it sound real) Community Building (Save Us From Ourselves) Respond to comments and DMs like a real person Engage with design community, potential clients, and fellow creatives Build Rohit's personal brand as a thought leader/creative in design Help us actually remember to post consistently Strategy (Yes, There's Thinking Involved) Stay on top of trends without making us look desperate Analyze what's working and what's... not Suggest content pillars and series ideas Help grow followers, but make them the right followers Bonus Points (Not Required, But We'll Love You) Basic graphic design skills to create post graphics Experience with design/creative content Photography/videography skills What We're Looking For Must-Haves: Active on Instagram/social media (like, actually know what's trending) Can create and edit short-form video content (reels, shorts) Strong writing skills (captions, copy, puns appreciated) Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding Available for 4-6 months Nice-to-Haves: Currently pursuing/completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field Portfolio of content you've created (personal or professional) Understanding of Instagram/YouTube algorithms Sense of humor (you've read this far, you probably have one) Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools Deal-Breakers: Using Comic Sans unironically Posting everything with #follow4follow Thinking "engagement" means getting married Not knowing what a hook is (the video kind, not fishing) Compensation: Stipend: ₹ 10,000-15,000/month Duration: 4-6 months (possibility of full-time conversion) Remote-friendly with occasional studio visits Vibes: Casual, creative work environment No corporate nonsense Team that actually laughs at good memes Coffee/chai on us during studio days
