We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer who will be responsible for managing the Supplier Management Program to support Air Squared’s procurement, manufacturing, and assembly processes, as well as ensuring suppliers are compliant with Air Squared, Customer, and applicable regulatory requirements. Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000, based on qualifications and experience Company Benefits include:

• Employee Recognition Awards Job Responsibilities:
• Perform regular quality control audits to ensure suppliers continue to work in compliance with company, customer and applicable industry and government standards.
• Perform supplier audits as part of the new supplier qualification process.
• Lead other Suppler Onboarding actions from a Quality standpoint.
• Maintain detailed records/reports on supplier quality, including defect rates, corrective actions, and improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a good working relationship with suppliers.
• Report on supplier performance to top management.
• Assist and oversee supplier PPAP activities.
• Keep record of Supplier Scorecards & lead Scorecard improvement actions
• Conduct risk analyses for the existing supply chain and identify alternative solutions.
• Other Quality Engineering duties as assigned.
• Lead Supplier RMA / Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCAR) efforts
• Regularly lift 25 lbs. of raw materials or machine parts with or without accommodation. Qualifications : •

• Bachelor of Science Degree (required) Engineering, Science or Technical (preferred)
• Certified Supplier Quality Engineer or a minimum of 3 years of Supplier Quality experience
• Working Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
• Excellent analytical and technical skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and liaison skills
• Ability to provide guidance to improve processes
• Experience with machining, Die casting, and other engineering principles including but not limited to: anodization, other coating/platting, injection molding, sand casting, forge mold.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (required) Microsoft 365 apps such as Power BI (preferred)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
