The Housekeeping Inspector oversees assigned guest-floor activities, verifies room cleanliness and readiness, and guides Team Members in maintaining housekeeping standards. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations on assigned floors.
• Inspect guest rooms to ensure they are thoroughly cleaned and ready for guest arrivals.
• Follow and reinforce company policies and applicable OSHA and Health Department guidelines.
• Provide direction and motivation to Team Members to support service quality and productivity.
• Retrain Team Members as needed to address cleanliness issues and maintain consistent standards.
• Complete reports and projects as directed by the Housekeeping Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to complete assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and follow-through.
• Availability to work weekends based on operational needs.
• Physical requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, up to eight hours per day; walk, sit, handle tools and objects, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required by assigned tasks; and occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Team Members while performing inspection and training duties, with or without reasonable accommodation. Benefits:
