Essential Skills & Experience Backend Development 8+ years of software development experience. Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot. Proven experience designing and developing Microservices-based applications. Strong understanding of REST APIs, integration patterns, and distributed systems. Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka. Front-End Development Strong experience in ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with React Hooks, Redux, Context API, and reusable component-based architectures. Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and front-end performance optimization. Cloud & DevOps Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker. Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools. Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or equivalent technologies. Strong understanding of DevSecOps and engineering best practices. Databases Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server. Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or DynamoDB.
