**** Job Details Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The annual base pay range for this position is $67,000 - $82,000. Additional Compensation: Employees may be eligible to receive annual incentive bonuses depending on their job classification and the policy guidelines. Benefits: Employees are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Employees are provided company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability. Employees are also able to enroll in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan. Paid Time Off: Employees accrue 0.0654 hours of PTO per hour worked up to a maximum of 136 hours per calendar year. Employees receive 6 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and employees accrue up to a maximum of 4 paid floating holidays per calendar year. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Essential Functions

- Strategic Business Partnering & Workforce Planning (25% of time): Partner with hiring managers, regional leaders and department heads to understand staffing needs and translate business priorities into targeted recruitment strategies.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment (30% of time): Source, screen, interview and manage candidates through offer negotiation and onboarding handoff for assigned client groups and markets.
- Local Talent Pipeline & Relationship Building (20% of time): Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, workforce agencies and local industry contacts to create a proactive, ready pipeline of talent.
- Employer Branding & Community Engagement (10% of time): Represent Towne at career fairs, community events and industry associations to strengthen local brand visibility and attract candidates.
- Recruitment Reporting & Compliance (8% of time): Track recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire and quality-of-hire, and ensure all recruitment activity complies with employment law and Towne policy.
- Candidate Experience Management (5% of time): Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience, from first hello to final offer, that reflects Towne’s brand and culture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration (2% of time): Partner with HR, Operations and leadership on workforce planning, new-hire onboarding and continuous process improvement. QUALIFICATIONS Education:
- Equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Required Licensure, Certification, etc.:
- No specific licensure or certification is required for this role.
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or AIRS/CIR recruiting certification is preferred, though not required. Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within hospitality, healthcare, commercial real estate or another multi-site service industry.
- Demonstrated experience business partnering directly with hiring managers and building local community or industry relationships strongly preferred. Knowledge & Skills: Strong relationship-building, consultative and communication skills, with the proven ability to act as a trusted strategic partner to hiring managers and business leaders.

- Full-cycle recruiting expertise, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and ZipRecruiter.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and report on recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire and quality-of-hire.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to represent the Towne brand professionally within the community.
- Working knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements, including EEO, ADA and
Flsa. Scope
Authority to Act: Job is fairly routine. Incumbent follows established practices and procedures. Duties are performed with specific directions given and work is checked or verified on a frequent basis. Decisions are made within specific operational instructions and departmental guidelines. Errors in judgment could affect the smooth and efficient operation of the department. Budget Responsibility: The employee has control over resources available only.
