About the Role We are looking for a Purchase Officer – MRO to manage procurement of maintenance, repair, and operational materials, ensuring timely availability of critical items for smooth plant operations. Roles & Responsibilities

• Procure MRO, engineering spares, maintenance consumables, tools, electrical and mechanical items .
• Source and develop reliable vendors and obtain competitive quotations.
• Compare quotations, negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery terms .
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, Stores, Production, and Finance .
• Follow up on pending orders, material shortages, and quality issues.
• Identify alternate vendors and cost-saving opportunities .
• Maintain purchase records and vendor documentation. Preferred Background
• 1-2 years of experience in MRO / Engineering Purchase, preferably in manufacturing.
• Graduate degree in Commerce, Engineering, Procurement, or related field .
• Good knowledge of MRO and engineering materials.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP preferred. Why Join Us
