As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that solutions meet business goals by maintaining high standards for code quality, scalability, and system performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of project progress are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering an environment of innovation and technical excellence. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Full Stack Developer React / Node.js Primary Skills Strong JavaScript (JS) and TypeScript (TS) development experience. Hands-on React development experience. Familiarity with modern React ecosystem and popular libraries/frameworks. Node.js backend development experience. Strong RESTful API design and integration experience. Experience developing enterprise-grade web applications. Preferred Skills Azure cloud deployment and development experience. Python backend exposure. Experience integrating AI/GenAI capabilities into applications. Knowledge of authentication, security, and scalable application architecture. Technical Stack JavaScript / TypeScript React Node.js REST APIs Git / CI-CD Azure (preferred) Python (preferred) Professional & Technical Skills: •
- MusTo Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. •
- Strg knowledge of component-based architecture and state management techniques. •
- Expience with front-end performance optimization and responsive design principles. •
- Famiarity with integrating RESTful APIs and managing asynchronous data flows. •
- Abity to troubleshoot complex issues and implement scalable solutions. •
- Skied in version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Additional Information: •
- The ndidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in React.js. •
- Thisosition is based at our Pune office. •
- A 15ears full time education is required.
