Staff Data Scientist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Data Scientist based in Canada. This is a high-impact data science role within a fast-moving, high-growth environment where insights directly influence business decisions. You will work across Growth, Strategy, Revenue, Marketing, and Product, partnering closely with senior leadership and experienced data teams. The role combines advanced analytics, forecasting, causal inference, experimentation, machine learning, and data application development. You will own initiatives end to end, from framing ambiguous business questions through modeling, implementation, and executive recommendations. Your work will help improve customer experiences, optimize business processes, and accelerate growth through data-driven decision-making. You will also contribute to shared data foundations, semantic models, and reusable frameworks that enable other practitioners to work more effectively.
