Railcar Repair Technician Locations: Candor, NC | Richmond, VA Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Starting Salary: $46,800/year — higher salary available depending on experience Position Overview We are looking for a Railcar Repair Technician with welding and fabrication experience to support railroad equipment maintenance and emergency repair operations. This role involves inspecting, repairing, modifying, and maintaining freight railcars while following railroad safety and quality requirements. Because this is an emergency-response position, employees must be available for on-call assignments, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
