Job Summary We are looking for an Enterprise Solution Architect to define and guide end-to-end solution architectures for our telecom and enterprise customers. You will act as the senior technical authority between business stakeholders, customer architects, and delivery teams, translating strategic goals into robust, scalable, and standards-aligned designs across OSS/BSS, cloud, and network domains. Responsibilities
- Lead architecture definition for large-scale digital transformation programs, from discovery and solution design through to delivery handover.
- Engage with customer CxOs, enterprise architects, and technical leads to understand business objectives, constraints, and target operating models.
- Design end-to-end solutions across order management, service and resource inventory, orchestration, assurance, billing, and customer engagement.
- Support pre-sales activities, including RFP/RFI responses, solution workshops, demos, proofs of concept, and effort and cost estimation.
- Define integration architectures using APIs, event-driven patterns, and TM Forum Open APIs; ensure alignment with TM Forum Frameworx (eTOM, SID, TAM) and ODA.
- Produce and maintain architecture artifacts, including HLD/LLD, reference architectures, roadmaps, and decision records.
- Provide technical governance during delivery, reviewing designs, resolving architectural risks, and ensuring non-functional requirements (performance, security, resilience, scalability) are met.
- Guide migration from legacy monolithic systems to cloud-native, microservices-based architectures.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and professional services teams to feed customer insights into the product roadmap.
- Mentor solution architects, consultants, and engineers, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices. Skills and experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software or systems architecture, including 5+ years in an enterprise or solution architect role.
- Strong background in telecom OSS/BSS, or large-scale enterprise platforms in a regulated, high-availability environment.
- Proven experience across the full SDLC, from requirements and design through build, test, deployment, and support, on large, multi-team programs.
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud-native architecture: microservices, containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
- Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid or multi-cloud deployments.
- Solid understanding of integration patterns: REST/GraphQL APIs, messaging and streaming (Kafka or similar), and event-driven design.
- Working knowledge of TM Forum standards (Open APIs, eTOM, SID, ODA).
- Proven ability to run technical workshops and present complex concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
