Project Consultant – $100K+ Earning Potential Valley Roofing & Exteriors | Harrisonburg, VA Do you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and being rewarded for your results? Valley Roofing & Exteriors is looking for a Project Consultant to join our sales team. You'll meet with homeowners, learn what they want to accomplish, inspect their property, recommend the right solution, and put together a proposal for their project. This isn't about high-pressure sales. We're looking for someone who can build trust, understand construction, communicate value, and help homeowners make a good decision. We're an established local company with more than 20 years in business, a strong reputation, quality products, great people, and a steady flow of opportunities for our sales team. - Has residential construction knowledge or is eager to learn
- Is comfortable inspecting homes and climbing ladders
- Can confidently present proposals face-to-face
- Is organized and comfortable using technology and CRM software
- Is self-motivated, competitive, and accountable
- Has a valid driver's license
