Role Summary The US Oncology Customer Engagement Platform Strategy and Enablement Lead aims to build a powerful commercial engine to drive performance in the Oncology Business Unit. Reporting directly to the SVP, US Customer Engagement Platform Lead for Oncology, this role is a key member of the US Oncology CEP Leadership Team, providing strategic, analytical, and operational support to customer-facing colleagues across sales, account management, diagnostics, and provider contracts. This role has two primary responsibilities – 1) Providing strategic and Operational thought partnership to the CEP lead and

and 2) Leadership of Team Epic (ONC Enablement). As a strategic partner to the CEP lead, this role drives the development of the annual CEP Strategic and Operating plans, and advances other critical strategic CEP workstreams, including driving innovative approaches to evolve and execute on our customer engagement model, and ensuring execution against CEP business priorities. This colleagues serves as a key connection point across functions, and is a highly valued partner within the US Oncology Commercial organization, including close collaboration with Marketing to ensure execution of commercial objectives. This colleague also manages the

leadership team, ensuring effective meetings, and fostering a solid culture aligned with Pfizer’s purpose and values. Collaboration includes annual communications plans, town halls, recognition, analytic support to execution measurement, and a strong commitment to growth action plans across the CEP organization. As the lead of Team Epic, this individual delivers strategic insights to empower decision-making and operational enablement for initiatives across Sales and the OAG teams supporting the full Oncology portfolio. Team EPIC focuses on optimizing efforts and collaborating with the teams like the CMO to help CFCs achieve their revenue and customer experience goals. Key areas of support include SCOUT rollout, Launch Planning, CFC Deployment, Customer Targeting, CRM/Veeva, SMART/PinPoint, Account Planning, and Incentive Compensation. Accountable for completing business-critical projects and initiatives, this role provides regular updates to senior CEP leaders and works closely with key partner functions like the AIA Team, Commercial Operations, People Experience, Compliance, Portfolio Acceleration, MEETs Team, and
Gcet. Role Responsibilities
Strategic Insights
- Generate critical business insights that informs the strategic and executional priorities for the organization.
- Identifies innovative and transformative approaches to advancing our customer engagement model, in partnership with the CEP Lead and
Cep Lt
- Leads all strategic operational and portfolio activities across the U.S. Oncology Field Organization including operating plan, strategic plan, and deployment.
- Prioritizes the adoption of AI within the organization and applies it as an enabler of the CEP organization’s success, with a future-focused mindset
- Leads team that analyzes, and reviews data across Oncology to track performance and drive accountability for execution against business priorities.
- Responsible for overseeing, organizing, and facilitating all cross-brand national sales operational matters, including Incentive Compensation (IC), National/POA meetings, Training, Compliance, , as well as other operational areas.
- Coordinates alignment and discussion of cross commercial group communication for the CEP organization (CEP Lead, 4 National Sales Directors, and Oncology Account Group Lead)
- Establish appropriate governance for CEP initiatives and proactively identify, assess, escalate, and mitigate operational, compliance, data-privacy, technology, and execution risks, including the responsible use of AI and analytics. Commercial Priorities

- Collaborate on commercial strategies across the US Commercial oncology organization, with an enterprise mindset to deliver business and patient impact
- Foster and develop growth and development initiatives and programs across CEP to Empower Our People, in close partnership across functions, including PX
- Represents US Oncology operations in various cross-enterprise customer facing initiatives.
- Work with Oncology Portfolio Acceleration on key business insights and commercial strategies to innovate and maximize execution and impact
- Serve as a connection point with CEP enablement leads and various CMO functions, to drive adoption and uptake of tools, capabilities, and resources that will maximize impact
- Identify, innovate, implement, and sustain culture initiatives and capabilities development in partnership with CEP leadership.
- Cultivates strong relationships across the CEP organization, including leaders, to ensure alignment to CEP priorities and connectivity within and across the entire organization. Resource Allocation
- Leads Budget Tracking to ensure CEP alignment to plan
- Leads Op Planning, providing organization, structure and relevant data to help inform decision making, while partnering closely with Finance
- Actively manages and leads Directors to manage respective Oncology CEP expenses and budget.
- Evaluate strategic and operational tradeoffs across competing CEP priorities and provide recommendations on resource allocation and budget decisions across CEP priorities
Basic Qualifications
- Position requires at least 12 years of experience in US pharmaceutical, Biotech, or consultant experience in sales and/or marketing (or like functions), with demonstrated success working collaboratively across different parts of the organization.
- 1st line supervisory experience required
- Documented ability to lead innovation and develop partnerships to build on business opportunities and organizational capabilities.
- Demonstrated success in a highly fast-paced setting managing a team of diverse colleagues in multi-disciplinary positions.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate across Pfizer to achieve BU objectives.
- Strong project and program management skills, including change leadership
- Must have proven ability to manage complex situations in a matrix organizational structure through the participation in or leadership of cross-functional teams, together with strong team membership skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to lead through influence.
- Strong executive presence, including oral and written communication skills
- Excellent follow-through and highly communicative style required.
- Demonstrated business acumen, strategic thinking abilities, and financial acumen
- Strong judgment in prioritization, escalation, enterprise trade-off decisions, data governance, and the responsible use of AI and digital platforms.
- Comfortable working with Senior Leaders; competence in developing senior leadership presentations.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA preferred, 5 years of experience in operations, analytics, and leading organizational strategy strongly preferred.
- Direct work experience within the Oncology therapeutic area and US Oncology organization strongly preferred
- US Field experience preferred, not required
- Experience working with Organized customers such as Payer, GPO, SPP, IDN, LPNs
