About the Opportunity A fast-scaling HR tech innovation hub operating at the intersection of generative AI, workforce automation, and enterprise compliance—transforming how companies manage payroll, policy adherence, and talent operations with intelligent systems. We’re building the next-gen HR operating system powered by LLMs and governed by precise regulatory frameworks, serving mid-to-large enterprises across India. Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, validate, and maintain payroll systems integrated with LLM-driven error detection and auto-correction workflows.
  • Ensure AI-generated HR outputs (policies, notices, calculations) strictly comply with Indian labor laws, PF/ESI/PT regulations, and company policy.
  • Train and audit LLM models on HR compliance datasets—contract terms, leave entitlements, statutory filings—to minimize hallucinations and legal exposure.
  • Partner with legal and finance teams to translate regulatory updates into system rules and prompt templates for automated HR decisioning.
  • Monitor, log, and resolve AI-driven payroll discrepancies with traceability, audit trails, and root-cause documentation.
  • Develop compliance playbooks for AI-generated employee communications—offer letters, increment notices, policy updates—with jurisdiction-specific guardrails. Skills & Qualifications
