What You'll Do Assist patients with personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility. Support patients in maintaining a safe, comfortable home environment. Observe and report changes in patient conditions to the care team. Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support. Help patients maintain independence and improve their quality of life. Requirements Active CNA certification in the state of employment Passion for providing high-quality patient care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment Ideal For CNAs seeking supplemental income Healthcare professionals looking for flexible hours Caregivers who enjoy building meaningful patient relationships CNAs wanting to transition from facility-based care to one-on-one home care The base salary for this position is $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on the company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation, which could include performance-based bonuses, commissions, on-call pay, or other incentive earnings. These components are not guaranteed and depend on individual and/or team performance.
