Multifamily Superintendent Executor of the Process Updates Company Cam daily Performs Daily Monitoring on assigned jobs Manages on site labor Communicates Dumpster swap outs and deliveries Monitors hotels stay and informs PM if extensions needed Updates PSA daily – Notes and Work Orders Obtains Invoices from Sub-Contractors for completed work Turns in Sign Off’s, Invoices, & Work Orders for Sub pay Helps obtain and secures all materials Deliver Materials if need be Quality Control Maintains Neat Job Site Reports back to PM if additional damage is discovered Obtain COS / COC Takes Completion Photos of completed work Any other tasked assigned by supervisor
