Role description The Digital Commerce Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for driving digital growth by connecting customer insights, content, media, CRM and commerce into a high-performing omnichannel ecosystem. This role identifies , tests and scales new business opportunities across audiences, partners, platforms and business models, transforming insights into measurable commercial impact. Working at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Data and international teams, the Digital Commerce Manager brings together strategy and execution to accelerate performance, unlock growth potential and deliver business results. Key Responsibilities
- Own the omnichannel strategy for DACH: set the direction, priorities and roadmap across brands and customer journeys
- Spot and unlock new business opportunities: identify white spaces, build pilots, scale what works
- Turn insights into action: benchmark trends/competitors and translate them into clear recommendations and decisions
- Enable brand teams: coach, guide and elevate omnichannel planning (journeys, messaging, channel mix, personalization)
- Build repeatable playbooks: create best practices, SOPs and “ways of working” that make teams faster and better
- Measure what matters: define lead/lag KPIs, track performance monthly, optimize based on learnings
- Make ROI real: align on measurement standards with global teams and improve how investments are evaluated Qualifications & Experience Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Business, Digital Commerce, or a related field
- Strong experience in digital marketing and omnichannel management, with a proven track record across strategy, execution, and performance optimization
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategies into actionable plans, pilot initiatives, and scalable programs
- Strong analytical skills with experience using KPIs, dashboards, testing methodologies, and ROI-driven decision-making
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority Preferred Qualifications
- Experience identifying , testing, and scaling new digital growth opportunities, including new audiences, platforms, partners, or business models
- Growth-oriented and innovative mindset, with a strong sense of curiosity, agility, and a bias for action
- Experience working across international markets and collaborating with global and local teams
- Strong understanding of CRM, content, media, e-commerce, and customer journey optimization
