Our partner is looking for a Growth Intelligence Manager — Risk & Strategic Projects based in Brazil. This role combines growth strategy, risk management, data intelligence, and cross-functional leadership. You will lead a multidisciplinary team focused on protecting the operation from financial losses while identifying new opportunities for revenue growth. The position blends analytical investigation with the execution of high-impact strategic initiatives, including new monetization channels. You will work closely with Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to solve complex problems and turn ambiguous ideas into structured initiatives. A key part of the role is building proactive monitoring, governance, and compliance mechanisms that can scale with the business. You will also define success metrics, develop business cases, and use data to validate and refine new growth opportunities.
