We are looking for an Employee Engagement Manager to create a great employee experience from day one. Responsibilities Design onboarding and the candidate-to-employee handover Run engagement surveys and act on the results Plan culture and engagement programmes Track engagement and early attrition metrics Requirements 3 years in engagement or employee experience Experience running surveys and programmes Strong communication skills Skills:- Employee Engagement and Onboarding
