- our goal is to resolve more than $1 trillion in outstanding consumer delinquencies worldwide with an empathetic, human-centric approach to financial wellness. Job Responsibilities:
- Engineer text and email agents using our proprietary email agent framework
- Maintain and develop our email agent framework
- Develop custom performance and quality evaluations for our agents Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of full time professional, non-internship experience in fullstack, backend, or AI engineering
- Experience with backend development (Python)
- Experience integrating language models into AI applications Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in FinTech, Risk Management, or Compliance is beneficial but not mandatory
- Bonus points if you are experienced with agentic frameworks (e.g. LangGraph) and are able to clearly articulate the differences between model quality
- Bonus points if you have experience fine-tuning models
- Bonus points if you have experience building, using, or refining benchmarks
- Bonus points if you were an ex-founder
