Job Description Saint Luke’s Women’s Health Plaza is looking for an experienced, caring, patient-centered Ultrasound Technologist to join our team! This PRN position will support Women’s Health Plaza as well as two other Saint Luke’s OBGYN clinics within the Kansas City metro area.
- Monday
- Friday; 8am-430pm
- No Nights, No Weekends
- Previous experience performing OBGYN scans including anatomy scans required. The Opportunity:
- Performing a variety of diagnostic OB/GYN ultrasounds, including assisting physicians with ultrasound guided procedures
- Ensuring quality and accuracy of images for interpretation by a Radiologist or OBGYN physician (Varies by clinic)
- Completing worksheets and maintaining proper documentation for each study performed
- Communicating clearly and compassionately with patients
- Scheduling and coordinating tests as needed Qualifications:
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) – Required
- Graduates 2017 or later must also have Associate’s degree
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through American Heart Associate or American Red Cross required
- Minimum 1 year experience in OB/Gyn ultrasound
- Reliable, adaptable, and professional
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
