This position is responsible for performing plumbing-related installations, modifications, repairs, and maintenance on Quench's filtered water systems, including bottleless water coolers, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, coffee brewers, and related water treatment equipment. The Licensed Plumber will ensure all installations and plumbing work comply with Massachusetts plumbing codes, permitting requirements, and safety regulations. This role serves as a key customer-facing representative of Quench, delivering a professional and positive service experience while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and regulatory compliance. The Licensed Plumber reports to the Field Service Manager and operates a company vehicle.
