As a Junior Data Engineer, you will participate in a structured training program and gain hands-on experience to prepare for delivery. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize data pipelines using cloud-based data solutions and integration across platforms such as data lakes and CRM/marketing systems.
  • Conduct data modeling, create and manage data contracts, perform data mapping, and handle data imports/exports.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure data solutions meet technical and business requirements.
  • Support data governance and maintain high standards for data quality and integrity.
  • Contribute to project completion and transition into business-as-usual operations as needed. Required Skills & Competencies
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science
  • No professional experience needed
  • Understanding of programming languages such as Java, Javascript, or Python/scripting
  • Good communication skills, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Passion for technology and embracing challenges
  • Ability to write and speak in English Nice to have
  • Experience with CRM or campaign management platforms
  • Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Snowflake
  • Knowledge of data transformation tools (e.g., DBT) We offer:
